unplug the computer from the wall, then pull the cmos battery out. wait 5 minutes then put it back in. Also a flat head screw driver is great for jumping pins.

Or a flat screwdriver. A key. Anything metal that can be used to short the necessary two pins will work fine so long as it's a conductive metal.
