Where is the "install by creating media" option?

I want to do a clean install of Windows 8, but I'm not getting a "install by creating media" option. The only options it gives me are "Install now" or "Install Later from desktop".

You should re-read my original post. That option doesn't exist on my screen.

There are different installers with the same name. This one will let you download and save the image, make a USB installer or burn a DVD. At least it worked for me when I re downloaded the image after I had already setup Windows 8.
