where is the problem?

Hi there
I have problem my PC start but on the display only show black screen I change GPU,RAM and HDD its same. Now I don't know where is the problem is in the CPU or in the MOBO also CPU is raising his temperature.

What mobo, CPU, model of DRAM, PSU, GPU? so we have something to work with
