Question Where is the PWN header on my motherboard?

Turn to page 1-4 in your motherboard manual, you should be looking for the PWR_BTN mentioned on the motherboard PCB. PWR is the +ve terminal(or the end with an arrow on the case connector) and GND is the terminal without any labelling.

Thank you i had a look found its label CHA_FAN on the board
 
As long as it looks like this:

(also labeled "CHA_FAN", but note that it has 4 pins)

It's a fan header that supports PWM control. You can still plug in a 3-pin fan, but you may have to tell your motherboard's BIOS that it's voltage controlled. The labeling is for your convenience so you can match up what you want to control when setting things up in BIOS.
