Cryptocurrency (Ether) miners have nabbed all of them. They were the best bang for the buck in crypto-mining at their regular price, so prices are inflated and remaining stock is incredibly scarce. There is really no telling when they will be readily available again. The Nitro+ is one of the most sought after, so good luck on finding that for a decent price.

They perform similar to a GTX 1070 in mining crypto, so miners are willing to pay nearly the same for an RX 580 as they are a GTX 1070. But as a gamer the GTX 1070 would be a better deal for the current price you would pay for an RX 580.
