Where is the SIM slot?

Hello, i was wondering where the hell is the SIM card slot on my Lenovo Y50-45. I have spend the last 12 hours reading and searching but can't seem to get it.

Lenovo Y50-45
Amd A8
R5 graphics 2gb
1000gb HDD
8gb of RAM

Its the long flat port in this picture. Its a 4-in-1 card reader (SD, MMC, SDXC, SDHC), im not sure if you need some kind of adapter or not for your card or not, never used one.
