where is the webcam button on my toshiba satellite C855D-S5203

i cant access my webcam, i used to. Ive opened up the drivers, it says it is installed and working properly, but the blue light does not come on. which button should i click to even get to the webcam.? toshiba satellite C855D-S5203

There should be a webcam program installed; once you start that program up it will activate the webcam. Look for some sort of webcam utility in your pre-installed Toshiba software

i looked in device manager and it says webcam is working properl but its not. i have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

Not a driver, a program. It should appear somewhere in the start menu.
