Where is Vote UP/Down gone?

Hey all,

Anyone know where the up/down vote is gone. This is useful when someone provides a comprehensive answer that is more than the simple 'Like' button.

Also, it seems the number of solved threads per user has now become reaction score. Is this by design?

If I recall correctly, the voting system has been moved to the right side of each response, but as I look into other threads, it seems to be missing in some areas.
