Where pictures to on laptop

I think i downloaded my pic to laptop, but can't find it..I looked in downloads and pic...but can't find it anywhere ..where did it go?

C:\Users\*your PC name*\Downloads maybe in the picture folder, if u have one.

If u remember the name or the type of the picture u can search for it.

You said you "think" you did? If you did not, it's not there. You can do a search on the computer for it's name, see where it is.
