Where should I better plug Display port ?

If I have DVI-Dport cable, Where it is better to plug Display port in ? In monitor or in GPU ?

DisplayPort and DVI-D are not compatible.
You can use a DVI to DVI cable, or DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable.

I've been using DVI-Dport cable for 2 months and nothing weird has happened since.

You mean a DVI-D cable, from a DVI port on the graphics card to a DVI port on the monitor.
So what is your question?

No no, I am using DVI to Display port cable. And the question is, where it is better to plug Display port in: In GPU or in monitor.

DisplayPort can support a DVI passthrough. This would mean the DisplayPort end would have to be connected to your GPU. I've seen adapters for this purpose, but never a DisplayPort to DVI cable.
It seems more likely that you have a DVI to HDMI cable. The DisplayPort and HDMI connectors look similar. In that case, either way should work since HDMI and DVI-D are compatible up to 1920x1080 resolution at 60 Hz.
If either end of your cable is DVI, you won't get audio through this cable.
