I mean... I heard it must be static electricity free... What spaces are those?

Also, what tools do I need apart from screwdriver? I thought about something "anti-static", and what clothes are anti-static? Are anti-static gloves needed?

when building a pc...reg cotton clothing is fine. just down pull it out of a dryer where you hear it snapping with static.
you need a set of wire cutter to cut the plastic tye wraps. two screw drivers. one a slotted and one a Philips head. having one Philips head screw driver that has a magnetic tip will keep you from dropping screws into the case. you also need a flashlight to check for bent pins and to read case wires and mb. just dont pet your long hair cats or walk across carpet with your parts. put them on top of a woodend table. leave them in there bags till your ready to put them together.

that's not necessarily true, there's noting wrong with pre builts, the online coupons are a bargain deal usually. i remember getting 1,000 dollars off a dual xeon before. it depends if you were willing to search for those coupons.

well, your asking if you need anything, i was like "what the hell". basically a screwdriver, that's about it. lol

i'm a pro at building computers. but it saves you a headache to get a pre built. i have experience on both, pre built and custom. but i'm not going to lie to you, i'm building a custom right now and waiting for parts, but preferably i prefer prebuilts.

Wow, I meant other recommended though not necessary tools >__>

Heh, if you do prefer pre-builts, why are you building a custom one? I guess it is the same reason as me...

I don't want pre-built just because of the money, but also it can be funny to build a custom PC lol. Though there's risk as well!

@justanewuser

i wanted to try out a custom build that's why. i wish i hadn't, i fried some of the parts, it happens. i mean, it was fun, but i already invested in it.

that's not necessarily true that's it's cheaper, dell offers superb deals with coupons online. that's what i did when i bought a pre built. it was a thousand dollars off. so it's cheaper to get a prebuilt. i only use power computers anyways, so dual xeon was a must.
