Before you come at me with your hate, hear me out. Right now i have some cash, around £1500 and i want to go all out. I have looked at
digital storm
cyber
ibuypower
i looked at scan etc but they were meh. If i get my pc from digital storm im gna have to pay around $300 alone for shipping and ibuypower its not a lot at all.Cyber is really cheap infact mby free. Why am i doing this? I want a clean tidy professional looking pc which is water cooled.I know how to build a pc but i don't know about water cooling. Each company have their own type of special feature to reduce sound from fans and system. Are these fake or actually real? Moreover, i plan for it to have good lighting. Any tips and thoughts?
gtx 1070 + i5 kaby lake.
Should i pay for the oc services too? I mean i can do tht myself.

All reasonable modern cases have cable management cutouts. It's too easy. I did this in no time - pretty clean...

However, if you are dead set on paying 1,500 for 1,200 or less of PC I have had two Cyberpower PCs and both are still in operation and have been reliable. Customer service was great when I had a bad gpu. Be sure to specify a specific psu and pay the piper. On the other hand, each one had a squirrely problem with build quality I fixed myself.

Good luck!

Edit: look at quiet case roundups to pick one (Fractal R4/R5 are popular) and get a gpu with two or three fans, not blower style like in my pic (the are like jet engines). When I got my 1070 I went with multi-fan and will never go back :)
i think you should build it yourself. as some people have stated that custom builds that have been shipped to them have either some on going issues aswell as sum cpu coolers not correctly installed thing like that. the 7th gen cpu has no real diff only clock speed really you could go for the i5 - 6600k and a 1070 save a few £s etc

cyberpower and ibuywer is from the same company, lets put the prices aside and talk about the quality.
they dont do go a good job at assembling the pc, and have a very poor customer and replacement service.
also i've got doubts about some ''exclusive'' parts they use and for good components u pay the price.

alienware isnt much difference, so digital storm is your best bet

you want a clean tidy professional pc with water cooling? you pay for that premium and for the watercooling too.
why do you even want water cooling? , air coolers are cheaper more reliable cool the same and cheaper.

i think you should a bit bit of homework and google your questions, youre not the first and we had many threads about this.
still if youre in doubt make sure you ask your questions, were here to help.

In the various threads here about custom built pcs purchased from one or more of the companies mentioned, a common theme is the companies don't specify the PSU they are going to use. They may just say "650W PSU". The reason is that they will just slap in whichever bulk purchased low quality PSUs they recently have purchased. For a higher-end build that you are considering, you will want to purchase a better PSU and swap it out for the probably crappy PSU they supplied. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having someone else build a PC for you.

Which is exactly why you don't buy it from a place like Digital Storm or Cyberpower. Not to mention if you have to return something they will hose you for shipping.

yea i have realized that mjs.I guess i will build it myself.I mean i already have a build but the cpu is a i5 2320 and its in a "gaming" case and the gpu use to be a 960 but was sold to buy a ps4 and thus replaced with a 730. I might as well just keep that pc and build from scratch although one thing i want is for it to be actually quiet. The only problem i had with builds is attaching the little covers that cover the tiny + and - pins on the motherboard. My case power button turns it on but i have to shut it down from windows or via the psu.

If you want a quiet cpu cooler, look at the Zalman CNPS9500A. I have an earlier model and it is super-quiet. As for the noise from the GPU fans, use MSI Afterburner to set up a fan speed profile, so that the fan speed will only increase when the GPU temperatures rise and additional cooling is necessary.
