Where should I connect the front panel connectors in my mobo?

I have this motherboard:

ASROCK H97M ANNIVERSARY

and this chassis

COUGAR MX200

I'm having a hard time locating where should I connect the front panel connectors like the Power Switch, Power LEDs, Reset Switch and HDD LED into my motherboard, I am new to this and I can't understand the manual, should I connect these to the TPMS header or USB header?

make sure you plug it into the right port according to the version of USB ports that your case has. they can USB 2.0 or 3.0. sometimes 1.0 depending on how old the case your using is
