There is a cable to the PSU which has 3 molex ports to which I'll connect some molex fans, but there's also a connector with 4 holes. What should I do with it? The only 4 pin connectors I see are CPUFAN2 and SYSFAN3.
I think it is a floppy connector. If I just plug the fans into the molex connectors which connect to the PSU then will I have any control over the fans? Or will they always spin at 100%?
no leave it unplugged , it is for a floppy disk drive , if you do not have a floppy drive then you do not need to plug it in to anything
EDIT: if you try to plug the floppy connector into your motherboard you will damage your motherboard and possibly short it out , especially if you try to plug it into a fan header

it is fine , they are designed to run flat out , if you want more control and the ability to lower fan speeds i suggest you hook the fans up to the fan headers on your motherboard rather than by 4pin molex.

I have 2 LED fans which have 3 pins and connect to the motherboard's 4 pin SYSFANs. And the rest are molex. I can't connect molex to motherboard and I can't do anything about the 3 pins.
