Question Where should I spend my left budget on?

I'm building a PC to study about web development, below is the list of component:

1. CPU : Core i7 8700
2. Motherboard : Asus ROG Strix H370-F
3. RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB
4. Cooler : Deepcool Gammax GT
5. Storage : WDC Blue PC SSD 500GB
6. PSU : BeQuiet System Power U9 600W
7. Monitor : LG 24MK600
8. Keyboard : Corsair Vengeance K68 RGB
9. Mouse : Corsair Harpoon RGB

Here is the option that I have:

1. Upgrade the monitor to LG 29UM69G which is 21:9 ratio, some peoples said that wider the screen mean more productivity
2. Add more storage, some HDD maybe? but is it necessary for web developer to have big storage?
3. Add more 16GB of RAM, so the total of RAM will be 32GB

So, which is better?

With what you have listed, if it was me, I'd go with the larger hard drive.

If you need storage BADLY. then go for the hard drives.
