Where should I spend my money?

Hey Guys,
I have a $200 budget to upgrade my current system. Please tell me where you think my money is best spent.

A7V333 Mother board
Athlon 2000 XP
Radeon 9700
512 2700 DDR ram
120G maxtor harddrive

Ram and cpu will probably make the most difference. A 9700pro isn't to new but a new $200 card isnt going to help much with only 512mb of ram and a XP 2000.
