hi i have a MSI B250 PC MATE i was wondering what pci i should put my gpu into i have a 1060 3gb and soon upgrading to a 2060 6gb

okay cus i only see like pci_e1 and pci_e4 i have mine in the e4 right now how do i know witch is x16

one last question what is the difference between all of them like now that i changed it what will happen?

You get full bandwith speed for your card in the top , it's the x16 slot. Others run slower like x8 , x4 etc.
