Where SSD Pan Head Screws are used for?

Hi,
I have bought Corsair 100R cabinet. Here's the snapshot of the supplied list of screws with it, from the manual.
There are SSD/ODD screws x16 which I believe are used to mount the 2.5" SSD in the 3.5"bracket or the Optical drive in 5.25" bay.

What I am not sure about is SSD Pan Head Screws (just 4 are supplied)
Does anyone have any idea what SSD Pan head screws are and where they are to be used with respect to SSDs?

Hmm. Does the case have a spot inside the case or on the side where all the wires run to mount a SSD? If it does then that is what they are for.

Thanks for the reply. As such most of the mounts and trays are tool free. There are four 3.5" bays that also are tool free. For 2.5" SSD or HDD, I need to screw them to the base of the 3.5" bracket, for which ( c x16 ) screws are enough. The manual also does not refer these pan head screw ( d ) anywhere.
