where to buy an innovatek

I read the article about the innovatek system at tom's harware and i went to the site oc-card.de. But when I click on it my basket is still empty. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Innovatek.de is updating the site so I can't buy from there either. I live in Belgium can anyone help me with a site or adres when I can buy the system ?
