Where to buy ISA slots

I am looking to purchase some ISA slots for a project that I am working on but have been unable to find where to purchase them. Searching online usually just brings up motherboards with slots on them, which is not very helpful. Any help is appreciated, as I really do not want to have to desolder the slots from old motherboards. I was also wondering if there is a proper name for the ISA slots as ISA is actually the name of the bus and knowing the proper name might make it easier to search for the slot.

Sorry if my question was too vague, I am not looking for any adapters, I am looking for a edge-connector like this one: https://www.relayspec.com/catalogs/008350/2010/cardedge/23-26.pdf
But I have not been able to find any sources that stock this connector or one similar.
