Where to buy mxm graphics cards?

Upgrading my HP Envy 23 and need a higher-end gpu,

MXM cards are not sold retail (afaik). It's not like you can walk into a Best Buy and get one. They're primarily only sold to manufacturers like HP, in bulk. Your best chance at getting one is looking on E-Bay for someone who has stripped a card from a non-functioning laptop.

I knew that, but I was wandering if there were any good websites or eBay sellers.

There are no well-known/household name resellers of MXM cards (again, they're not sold retail). Google "MXM Graphics" and you'll find web sites that will sell them, but again, these are likely companies that purchase used laptops and salvage the MXM graphics cards.
