Where to buy PC parts in cash?

I recently sold my second PC for some cash and hope to buy an i7 6700k with it. Are there any physical stores in the UK that would sell an i7 6700k for cash other than waiting for someone to post an ad for one on Gumtree close to me (which I am actively searching for)? As I know in america, they have micro center or something like that to buy PC parts IRL.

SCAN computers are probably the best for that.
Other companies like overclockers UK etc. have head offices where they also sell stuff, but most are online based due to the cost of maintaining a storefront and lack of physical shopping nowadays.
There'll still be local PC part stores around, just google PC stores near me and find one, get them to match the lowest price of a major online store and you're set.

Unless you happen to live near Scan or Aria (both Manchester....ish I believe), your only option is going to be a local repair shop.

Random question though; why wouldn't you just put the money in the back and buy online?

as said scan or overclockers are the 2 that you could walk into and get what you want

should you be lucky enough to live near bolton or newcastle under lyme

failing that best bet is get a friend or family member to order it online for you and give them the cash
