Where to buy/purchase a legit copy of GTA 5/V?

Hello! I'm from Philippines and I want to play GTA Online and obviously the only way is to buy it. Where can i buy a legit and cheap copy of GTA 5/V? What site or what store? I'm thinking of getting a second hand bundle copy that can save me up to Php 500 (10.80USD) like this one

It costs Php 1,500 (32.30USD) compared to Steam copy Php 1,999(43USD) .If I buy a secondhand bundle of GTA 5/V can i still use GTA Online or other features that a Brandnew buyer has? I have a steam account but Steam wallet codes here in my country is very expensive. I don't have credit card but I heard about PayMaya. Any advice or help would be great

Just buy from steam and avoid issues

You cant use a used game on PC, its code will not be valid.

Buy the game on steam, it is worth the extra price to get a working product.

No, you must make your own account from an unused license

furthermore, if u do use that account, it means its just one account, u cannot combine previously held games etc.
and theers a risk of getting banned

You don't need more advice, get a new copy from steam, saving $10 is not worth the hassle of maybe getting a key that won't work or a game that is locked to someone else's account and having Rockstar ban your copy for some reason.

G2A. If you purchase GTA Shield you will be fine and won't have any issues. '
A rockstar social club key is cheaper than a steam key, but in my opinion the steam key is better as it has achievements, track game time etc.
