Where to buy read/write heads

Where can I buy a read/write head for my Seagate internal hard drive? Any Canadian suppliers?

That is not a user serviceable part. If you want to play with some drive heads scrap drives are often available free. Also talk to your local electronics recycler, they can probably hook you up.

I suppose that makes sense. It would create a warranty nightmare. Thank you bjornl.
