Where to buy the i7 980X online?

So I finally took a look at NewEgg's product page for the i7 980X. Aside from the jaw-dropping price, you can only buy it from the seller as part of the bundle? What gives, why is this so?

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone here knows a good place to buy the CPU, and the CPU only? I'm limited to recommending online locations; this is for a friend who wants to upgrade their LGA 1366 machine to boost their production workstation workflow.
