Like the title suggests I was wondering if there is such a place, I want to find a gaming pc (something that can run wow on ultra 1080p 60+fps) for my wife. I have built my own pc before, but would like to find something cheap to get her started while I plan out the next build. The cheaper the better she will only be using it for wow and surfing youtube. Thanks for your time.

While I know it's not ideal to go with a single stick of memory you could give her one of the 8gb sticks from your system and do a build like this for around $300. It would play WoW fine (I would suggest OCing the CPU & iGPU) and be fast enough for her other uses due to the NVMe drive. When you have the extra cash then put the memory back in your system and buy a 2x8gb @3200 kit for this build. This would also put her on a better upgrade path (3rd/4th gen Ryzen) and has a good PSU for a GPU upgrade.
