Where to download CPU-Z and GPU-Z

So I wanted to install these programs, but I don't know where to go. Softonic seems a little bit suspicious with all it's Download buttons.

If anyone could provide a link I would be very Grateful

I think GPU-Z has some bloatware, etc. - not good stuff-if I remember correctly. I uninstalled it

Nope, doesn't contain any bloatware if you download it from the right place.
