I just got another 270x and am looking for a bridge for the crossfire. I havent found one that looks like it'll fit yet. I have seen some people saying that a bridge isn't req. For the 270x. My mobo supports crossfire so does it have a built in bridge?
Mobo: msi 970 gaming
Psu: thermaltake 850w
Gpu: 2 x sapphire r9 270x 4g

Solution
If your card has a bridge connector on it, it will require a bridge for best performance. The PCIe x16 slots on that board are spaced further apart than is more common, so a long bridge will be required. Or just get a flexible bridge that is universal. They are all over ebay. I have several in my collection, myself.

So my mobo came with a SLI bridge which is too small, whats the sizes of the bridges and what size do i need for the 270x?

By "too small" I presume you mean too short. Which is odd, since it was supplied by the motherboard manufacturer as you state. They would know how far apart their own slots were. (??)

Measure from Xfire edge connector to Xfire edge connector if you want the exact width instead of a long flex bridge.
