Where to find a VoIP app that can be embedded into your own app?

Hi

Does anybody know any VoIP apps / platforms that could be embedded into our own app.

We would need a VoIP solution in order to be able to make a call from our own app to another one of our own app clients e.g. both ends are using the same app which have this VoIP client embedded. Want to make calls with one click between app users.

Specify the platform! Are you talking about IOS, Windows,... I haven't seen a win client without an API to do that.

I would like it to work with all platforms iOS, Android and Windows. If this is not possible then some other combination.
