Where to find AMD network adapter drivers

MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX) Motherboard
16gb ram
Running Win10 64-bit
AMD Radeon R7 240 GPU

So I recently just upgraded this PC from Windows 8.1 to 10 because I heard that 10 is actually better for performance when playing games. The problem is however, once i finished upgrading, my network adapters no longer show up in the device manager and I can no longer connect to the internet.

Its telling me "Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter". So I looked online for some and I could not find the right ones from my manufacturer. My PC cannot connect to the internet and I have no idea what is going on 🙁

Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction as to where I can find the right network adapter drivers for my specifications or manufacturer? I have no idea where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated I've been searching for the right drivers for hours now and I haven't found them. I just want to play some games with my friends

Thank you very much for taking the time to look for these, it works, but its only the ethernet adapter. What I'm trying to find was the wireless lan/wlan/wireless network adapters so i WOULDN'T have to use ethernet. Do you know where I could find that one? Sorry for any inconvenience, I should have specified in the first place

No there is not, and under network adapters there is nothing but the Ethernet adapter driver

do you have a wireless network card installed since the motherboard does not have one build-in?

Is it USB or PCIe?
