Where to find the ASUS P8H61-M LE R2.0 BIOS as a BIN or HEX file

Hi community,
I've been looking for the ASUS P8H61-M LE R2.0 BIOS as a BIN or HEX file, but can't found it, the official ASUS website gives it as a CAP file, so, does someone can tell where to find it as a BIN or HEX file?

GhislainG, I appreciate your answer... my problem is the mobo doesn't startup, it displays nothing, it does nothing but to power up the fans. That is why that video is useless for me. I need something that allows me to convert de CAP bios file provided by ASUS into a HEX or BIN file. I tried FD44Editor but it asks for the physical address of the mobo, wich I can not get, also it asks for the serial number of the mobo which doesn't match the caret in the program. So... what else can I do? I tried to get support from ASUS but, their customer service appears to be only that name.

And again thanks for your reply. Just one more question: the ASUS P8H61-M LE R2 BIOS could be compatible with the ASUS P8H61-M LX BIOS? If so then I could have my mobo working again. I found this little program on the web which allows me to save the BIOS of a working machine as a BIN file, but the near BIOS I was able to find was for the LX.
