Where to find upcoming games? (excluding steam)

Other than steam, where can i find upcoming games?

Not just triple A titles but indie games as well, maybe a forum or another gaming platform such as steam?

If not then what other gaming platforms are there similar to steam?

Origin, Good Old Games (gog.com), Desura (but is going away), Green Man Gaming, Direct2Drive, Amazon. There are others as well, but those are the only ones I can think of atm.
