Okay, the heading makes this sound dumb, but I would like to find a Retail version of Windows 98SE that is not $89.99 (like Best Buy). When looking on pricewatch and newegg, all I can find is OEM versions, and most have either stipulations (must buy hardware), or since they are OEM, some kind of stripped down version. Anyone out there know?

Without Evil, there can be no Good. Therefore, without an Intel, there can be no AMD.

OEM versions are not stripped down, etc. All OEM means is "Original Equipment Manufacturer," meaning that (in Microsoft's case) you'll have to buy a computer system or what resembles a system to qualify for the "OEM" version.
