Where to get ASUS VG248QE in Qatar for similar price to amazon pricing?

To get a 144hz, 1080p monitor here in qatar, I need to pay either $250 for the montior and $200 for shipping. Or, I pay $100 shipping and $370 monitor. Is there anywhere near Qatar that I can get a 24", 144hz, 1080p panel that is not overpriced and has cheap shipping? Thanks!

No not really.
PC parts in Qatar are very limited, you can usually only get a few parts here for %20 more than usual.
