Where to get the ota file to do offline update?

My over the air updates don't seem to always take in effect. I do the update, restore from defaults NOT press the reset button on back like it says.

I re configure my phone to get back onto wifi but then poof, ota update again.

Where do I download these updates?

Serriously though, what phone, what version are you wanting to update to (sometimes you cant skip versons like skipping to 4.4.2 from 4.3.x), what cellphone carrier are you with, what country are you in.

trying to update v4.4.2 to whatever is highest.

4.4.3 seems to be the most recent version.

What carier are you using?

Rogers but no data plan with them.

I did not get the phone through rogers. It has zero rogers stuff on the phone.
