Where to place the H80i's radiator?

I was wondering where I should place the H80i in my PC. I've seen some people put it at the top, and some at the back. In my case I have more clearance on the top. Also I was wondering if I should put the H80i on the rear instead and use it as an intake, since I've heard using it as an intake would be better. Thanks in advance!

Solution
The temp difference between using it as an intake or exhaust is minimal. Depending on your airflow, if you use it as an intake in the back to exhaust out the top, and have positive pressure, you won't get enough cool air to the GPU, unless you have good pressure optimized fans in the front as well. I have my H110 set as exhaust, and get maybe 2-3c warmer than when it was intake, but my GPU stays cooler as an exhaust. I would set it up as an exhaust.
what is your case?

using it as an intake is always the best bet... fresh air into the rad. is better than warm case air...

basicaly, if your case has top vents/fans, then you want the h80i set as intake in the top/rear slot. fresh air into rad, then the hot air immiediately goes out the top of the case. if you dont have top vents/fans on your case, then this would be bad as you'd just make the inside of your case very hot.

I'm planning to use the Corsair 450D, or the FD Arc Midi R2.

Thanks, but I don't understand how the positive/negative air pressure will affect the GPU (I'm pretty new :s).

With intake from the rear, and intake from the front two fans while only having a single exhaust (I typed that before knowing you were doing the 450D which has room up top for two fans) the front fans wouldn't be as effective, as there is more positive pressure. This just means less 'current' of air through the case. But, the 450D has enough space I don't think any of that would be a problem with a single GPU setup. I would still set the H80i up as exhaust, though.
