Hi,

Total noob here. I bought a Corsair 570x case and have a Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 motherboard. The case itself has 2 SATA connections and 3 fan connectors which I know how to work with. But where do i plug the cables in the image below?

My top case panel has the fan control which works. It also has the power button and two USB slots which aren't working but I'm guessing these cables make them work?

Thanks

On your Gigabyte mobo, you'll see a set of pins (20 pins) at the bottom right corner of the board labelled F_PANEL. It looks like this:

[/pre]
Sample photo of the pins (not exactly your motherboard, just an example):

The POWER LED+ (1-pin) cable from your case is plugged into the upper left most pin, the POWER LED- (1-pin) cable from your case is plugged into the next pin beside it, and the POWER SW (2-pin) cable from your case is plugged into the next two pins beside it, like this:

The rest of the pins are left unplugged, just use the first 4 pins at the upper left of the F_PANEL header highlighted in my diagram above.

For the HD AUDIO cable, it will be plugged into the F_AUDIO header, located at the bottom left corner of your motherboard. It looks like this (again, just an example photo):

For the largest cable (which is the USB3.0 19-pin cable), it is plugged into the F_USB30 header, located at the right side of your motherboard, just beside the last RAM slot. It looks like this (just an example, partially seen in the photo below):
