Where to plug cpu fan and pump AIO

I got my computer from my brother and I am planning to install 4 more fans into tge case. But I only have 3 normal fan headers (4 Pin) and one CPU_OPT fan header also 4 Pin is it okay if I plug a normal fan into CPU_OPT or should I put the pump cable (of my Water cooler) into CPU_OPT and then plug normal fan into normal 4 pin,
Please Help
