I have a MS-7728 Motherboard. If you look it up, it has two normal USB 2.0 connectors. But at the bottom left, there is a JUSB1 and a JUSB2 port. I want to buy a new case, the Crow Q1/B. But this case has 2 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0 on the front. But my motherboard doesn't have a USB3.0 connector. And where do I need to connect the 2 USB 2.0 from the case on the motherboard? Also, where is the 3 pin rear fan connector?

Motherboard does have two internal USB 3.0 next to the speaker, just no USB 3.0 header. They do make adapters. USB 2.0 plugs go right into the red and yellow USB 2.0 headers you've noticed.

MS-7728 also has no 3-pin fan header, but there are adapters for that too. Alternately you could get a y-adapter for the 4-pin and plug both fans into that.
