[SOLVED] Where to plug wires in on Motherboard?

Hi, I was just reassembling my PC after temporarily removing a few parts, and I’ve mostly reassembled the computer, but there are five small wires that I’m not sure where they specifically plug in.

Does anyone know where I plug these wires in? I know this is probably a novice question, but I am a new builder.

Did you look in the manual that should be available at the motherboard manufacturer's web site?

Those look like front panel connections.

That are front panel connectors.

Other thing: it looks like the motherboard is hitting the case. Are there spacers between motherboard and case?

Spacers? Not that I’m aware of, it was a prebuilt

What motherboard is it? I can tell its an MSI board by that slow mode switch that's on the photo but you need the board model to get a pinout diagram for the front panel connector.
