Where to put case power on button and reset button

So I was putting together a PC and I totally forgot where the he'll it goes. I know its on the bottom but I didn't know what combination or how. I'm not sure whats positive and what's negative. Is the only way to figure it out is guess and check?

It doesnt matter + and - dont matter for power and reset. The only wires that have to be right are the led's + and -

Otherwise, they wont light up
