Where to put LED strips

Hello,

I have a Coraair 450D and bought some white LEDs and was wondering if I should put the strips on the side panel or in the case itself. I would like the best option that will light up the case but not make it look ugly. Thanks

Have the LED strips mounted to the top of the case and aim it downward towards your components/motherboard like so:

If the strip is long enough, you can also have the strip skirt the periphery of the chassis and add more illumination for the components in your chassis.

Just be mindful of your cable routing since they can look hideous if not hidden off sight of the side panel.
