Where to put my Kraken x41?

I have a NZXT H440 razer edition case and have recently purchased the Kraken x41 to cool of my CPU, which is currently the cause for global warming! I was thinking of using the Kraken as an intake and removing the top front fan, then using that fan as an exhaust at the top of the case?
