Where to shop graphics cards from

I live in india and the prices of GPUs here on local sites(Like flipkart.com) are way too high.
Should i consider shoppong from global sellers like amazon.com or ebay.com or should i buy my gtx 970 locally.

Global sellers. But you will really have to look hard for good shipping deals. On average what would the price be locally?

the lowest price is of a zotac model which is priced at rs25,400($1=rs62)
The same model is priced below $290 at amazon.com
