Where to upgrade?

hi, this is my PC specs as we speak:

CPU: AMD FX 8320 Black Edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
RAM: 8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: 1TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Case: Zalman Z1
PSU: 650W Corsair VS

I am looking to upgrade and have around £350/400 to do so, where should I upgrade and what brand etc in particular? I am wanting to be able to play the newest games on higher settings etc

Next would be to replace the PSU with a higher quality one.

You dont have enough budget to switch to an Intel build so you are looking at a cpu cooler (and overclock that 8320), an SSD, and a newer more powerful GPU.
