okay I will say i tin another way

was not a gaming "only" card . the More Memory in it was for Applications . and The Radeon VII has drivers for profi apps not only games.

Digital Foundry hands on. 3080 is 60-80%+ faster than a 2080 (not Ti) in rasterized. 90%+ in pure ray tracing. Safe to say, the 3070 really will be as fast as a 2080Ti.

It turned out to be a compute powerhouse but terrible at gaming. So in reality it wasn't a gaming card. Just marketed as one. Thats my understanding at least

I really feel sad about the people who bought RTX 2080ti few months ago and I know two of them ...

Thats why Nvidia is hated today ... for sure ...

Nvidia should lower their flagship card prices few months before the release of the new ones if they intend to sell it half price at the same performance . for sure nvidia decided about the card prices few months ago ... 3070 for $500 and 2080ti for $1100 , maybe fair at release date but certainly not fair few months before the new gen.
