Where would be better to install windows?

hello! I have 2 ssd's, both samsung. One is 830 64 GB and the other is 850 EVO 250 Gb. Which one will be the best for installing windows? Thx!

Put windows on the 850 Evo as it has space to grow, 64gb isn't big enough.

The 850 EVO 250GB.
64GB is simply too small.
