on the back...usually all case come with that fan installed...and install on right way fan to exhaust

I would put the one fan in front first.

What is the make/model of your case and what needs to be cooled inside?

I doubt that 5 fans are necessary.

I think generally, the optimal arrangement is two 140mm front intakes and one 120mm exhaust.
