Question Where would the upper/lower axis values be stored in joystick software

To put it basically, I have bought a PXN-2119II joystick/throttle but I have noticed that about 15%-20% of the physical movement of the axis seems to not register. So my question is where the max values for these axis' are in software/driver files (eg: an .INI file or a .DLL file) and is there anyway to modify them to register the whole physical movement range of the axis? (To make things worse, the driver seems to be only in Mandarin when the throttle component is attached, but that will be a problem to solve in another time)

No, there appears not to be any calibration. Not exactly easy to tell since it's in Mandarin. There is a Axis/Button function checker (In English! Sort of..) but that is with only the joystick plugged in (No throttle).
