Where's a cheap place to buy modern games cheap and used.?

Hi i was wondering if there is a place to buy new games cheap and used (Like if in a week or two assassin's creed 4 used would be like $20-$15).

Most modern PC games are using STEAM which means there is no USED games for sale -- Once a games key code is activating on the Steam server it is permanently tied to that specific user account and can not be transferred or resold.

I am selling these new game codes for steam: Bioshock, Crysis 3, Blood Dragon and Tomb Raider level up. I was thinking in the $40 range for all of them, if that's too much make an offer.
